I'm going to be honest with you. All of the proposed logos seem dated and excessively clunky compared to the current trend toward clean, strong, simple logos. I like Dwight's idea, or you might try making a black drop of oil in the center of a yellow W - think something like this, but with the loop a drop of oil https://www.shutterstock.com/i...

Athena, I accidentally replied on PJ's post, and just wanted to make sure you saw my thank you. I really appreciate your time, input and suggestions. I am aware the concepts are fairly conservative and not very elegant, but this execution is for a trucking company. Although they transport oil, oil is not their main product, and the industry in general is conservative. They value safe, reliable, solid.
