Owner/Lead Inspector Steve has been obsessed with houses for as long as he can remember! In his younger years, when Spring Break rolled around and other kids were headed to beaches, he was calling local home rehabbers to work and learn over the break. A former Home Mechanics instructor, and a life-long house renovator/real estate investor, he's passionate about explaining to people how all facets of structures function. Our other inspector, Tom comes from a family construction background. Equally as knowledgable and excited about explaining how houses/buildings work, Tom's the only other person Steve's willing to let inspect for us. We're the best technically and our customer service is second to none.
