I don't think getting flowers or candy or having snacks is bad, and actually I think it is great.  But no romancing at work or you won't get any work done.  Now on my business, my mini Dachshunds require all the attention.  So if you are trying to romance, you have to close doors, and one or two of my little girls can even open up doors.
