As I settled in to a new home, community and with new friends I was still unsure where I wanted to focus my energies and efforts. A few months into our new home I hired Ron Reading, an electrician to install a ceiling fan in the kitchen of my home. As he worked, we talked about many things in life, hobbies, family, work, passions and dreams. I suggested to Ron that I had a background in information technology and accounting and had just left a job in corporate America and that I felt like I wanted to work in the small business market.

I really did not put much thought into the next series of events that occurred until several years later. I now reflect on this initial opportunity I was provided and realize just how fortunate I was to be in the right place at exactly the right time.
