The Strategic Conduit
Health First is the belief that employers and their employees deserve access to care before cost, claims, and crisis take over.
The Strategic Conduit is the business built to make that happen. We connect employers, independent advisors, and vetted preventative wellness vendors so employees get real access to care without barriers like out-of-pocket costs; employers generate meaningful savings; employees can save thousands per year; and aligned partners have a stronger way to serve the clients they already support.
I am not an insurance agent, and we do not sell insurance products. The programs we work with operate alongside existing benefits — they do not replace them. They are structured around established IRS tax codes that make employer participation financially sound: employers reduce payroll tax liability, employees access care with no co-pays, deductibles, or surprise bills.
Most of our work flows through a trusted network of independent agents, brokers, accountants, consultants, and other relationship-driven advisors who bring Health First solutions to the employers they already serve. We share compensation, provide education and support, and do the heavy lifting so advisors can stay focused on the relationships they have already built.
If you are an advisor who wants to bring something different to your clients, or an employer who is ready to ask a different question about healthcare — let's connect.
I didn't come to this work through a business opportunity. I came to it through twenty-five years of navigating a healthcare system that wasn't designed to help me stay healthy.
I’m one of the 76.4% of US adults with a chronic illness. Thirteen surgeries. Colon removed. The care that actually kept me functional was almost never covered by insurance. I pay $750 a month in premiums — and my out-of-pocket spending tells a very different story.
That experience put me in a place most people never get: I learned to see the healthcare system from both sides. As a patient who needed it to work. And as someone who watched it fail people at exactly the moment they needed it most.
What I kept seeing was a system built around sick care — not health. And most employers had no idea another option existed.
Health First came out of that. It is not a slogan. It is a decision I made for myself a long time ago, and one I now help employers, advisors, and partners make for the people they serve.
