We're a 5 doctor family practice right in Arlington Center with sub-specialties in maternity and sports medicine. We do all types on Chiropractic techniques of adjusting, ranging from the more gentle techniques (joint mobilizations, traction) to the traditional hands-on techniques (joint manipulations). Our doctors are certified in Active Release Technique which is a specific, localized myofascial release technique for the soft tissues to help strip out any scar tissue, adhesions and fibrosis (soft tissue manipulation), Graston technique (an instrument assisted soft tissue technique that is used to break up adhesions and restore muscular flexibility), and kiniseology taping (which is used to decrease pain, improve circulation, and improve muscular function and performance).
