During times when things get tough I always turn to my mentor. Every good leader has someone who is more experienced than themselves. It doesn’t make you any less of an entrepreneur to ask for advice, it actually shows your business sense.

Social media can be effective, but you have to put in the work. If you don’t have the dedication it is ineffective to use. Stay consistent and the media will work its charm. Interact with everyone that comments or ask questions to build relationships.

I really don’t have a definitive answer for this, however maybe the agent doesn’t have the product repitoire needed to service his/ her clients. Most agents aren’t even aware of PEO’s, it maybe that cost is at a minimal for certain products.

Honestly I feel they will never go away. There will always be people who don’t want to adapt to change, therefore brick and mortar business will never be extinct.
