About Us

Village Community Services helps people with disabilities to achieve their personal potential at home, work, and in community life. Some interesting facts about VCS:

--We provide 24/7 in-home Residential Support Services to 27 people with developmental disabilities. Our participants rent their homes, work, shop, dine out, and enjoy all the great things this community has to offer.

--Village Community Services employs 80 staff positions, and we are hiring!

--We own the Royal Pacific Building on Smokey Point Drive. Call us to rent our spacious meeting room by the day or hour (seats 25 comfortably at tables) or if you are interested in long-term leasing of office space.

--45 of our Employment Services participants are working in paid positions in Snohomish County. 89% have held their job for one year or more indicating that a strong job match was made with their skills and abilities.

--Does your business need the right person for a specific job? At any given time, we are helping approximately 40 people with diverse skills and abilities to secure long-term employment. While many are seeking full-time employment, some of our participants only want to work a few hours a day or under 10 hours per week and can be hired and trained to do very specific tasks. For example, do you need someone to come in to stock inventory, fold spa towels, put together promo packages, distribute flyers, roll silver wear, enter data, clean tables, etc.? Do you want to add someone to your team who will improve morale, be your most reliable employee, and do an excellent job at even the most mundane tasks? Call us, its likely that we will have an amazing match for your business!

--Its more than music! Our Village Music and Arts participants make friends, learn important social skills, and enjoy the thrill of performing on stage. Everyone is welcome to join!
