Sometimes we experience a lot of stories in our head. About our lives and the way others have treated us. I’m all about the knowing that this is a learning process. In the end - what matters to you more? Learning and letting go or holding on to hatred and a perceived need for justice?
I found a meditation on forgiveness recently. Maybe it can help you to let go & move into lighter days!
