Given the massive closures of PayLess & Toys “R” Us stores among others, is there a new opportunity for smaller Main Street shops or do these closings mean brick and mortar stores are fading away?

This is a big opportunity for small businesses, especially since people are getting leary of the behemoths Amazon and Walmart and would prefer to support local.
