Tamra has been doing bookkeeping for businesses since 2000, she started doing the books for her family's business. She graduated from Cuesta Community College in 2003 with an Associates Degree, then in 2006 from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelors of Science in Economics.
Tamra has been doing freelance bookkeeping since 2013 and then made the transition into the world of working in Certified Public Accountanting offices while in the Central Valley in 2016. In 2020, Tamra relocated back to San Luis Obispo county with her family and continued to work remotely for a CPA office. In 2021, Tamra founded Tied Out Bookkeeping LLC and in July 2023 Tamra made the transition to working for her own company full time. In July 2023 Tamra founded Tied Out Tax Services Inc so she could provide more services beyond bookkeeping to her community.
Tamra has been a licensed and bonded California CTEC Registered Tax Preparer since 2017.
