In the area I work in real estate North Alabama -Southern Middle Tennessee , just asking real estate teams for a few minutes of their time maybe at a Team meeting. I have a great working relationship with one here that gets all my request for repair work from tile and plumbing to french drains and window replacement. Its a continuous stream of at least 4-8 homes that my team supplies him each week. Usually the clients he does work for hand off their friends and relatives info needing stuff done. If they see your work and its great ...you will not have a problem getting tons of work .
