Pierson Real Estate & Investment provides CONCIERGE real estate services to friends and referrals. Our customers and clients receive one on one attention with provided services focusing on customer and property needs.

PIERSON REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENTS is not a “high” volume company, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service levels to exceed customer expectations. Whether selling a residence and buying a new one, working with investment properties or assisting children or grandchildren with their first home purchase, Rick and Ingrid bring the expertise for successful transactions.

How We Got Started

In 1982 Pierson Real Estate and Investments was established to service Foothill Builders in marketing and selling their homes. Due to the real estate recession, both Rick and I switched to other real estate related fields. After 25+ years in Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Appraisal Ingrid and Rick bring these backgrounds into play in our re-started Real Estate company working for mostly referral Clients since 2013.
