I opened Yates Real Estate in 2021; however, have been a Realtor since 2000. Prior, I worked, since 1985, as a Real Estate Law Paralegal and in Wholesale Mortgage Banking, so I am well versed in the Real Estate Industry!

I love helping my clients to buy, sell and get their homes ready for selling by helping with staging and even yard work! I EARN my commission:) Referrals are not only a compliment, but very important to me.

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to the beautiful town of Auburn in 1993 to raise my (now grown!) daughters in a family oriented, low crime environment. Other than being a Real Estate Broker, my passion is my own non- profit animal rescue 'Auburn Animal Sanctuary', where I take in all types of 'critters', both domestic and wild. Animals that can be adopted, or wildlife release when rehabilitated, are, everyone else lives there life out being well loved and cared for.
