I usually keep clients in front of me going up and down the steps and entering homes especially if they are vacant. Someone always knows where I am at all times and I call them as soon as I'm done so they know I'm safe. I told them if I ever call or text to bring me the "red folder" that means...

I usually keep clients in front of me going up and down the steps and entering homes especially if they are vacant. Someone always knows where I am at all times and I call them as soon as I'm done so they know I'm safe. I told them if I ever call or text to bring me the "red folder" that means I am in serious trouble and to send help. I put everything in my phone calendar which goes back to my gmail account. My husband is a retired police officer and has taught me a couple of self-defense moves too just in case. Hopefully, I will never ever have to use any of this!
I think the same as everyone else right now. No inventory, multiple offers and over priced homes.
