My recommendation is to have the whole family participate in making a fun, loving family environment for the holidays. What if everyone in the family took time to appreciate your brother for who he is, what he has become, how he dresses etc? What if then everyone got a chance to feel the love and appreciation from the rest of the family. Each person gets a turn being appreciated by all the others. An important rule is that the appreciation has to be spoken with positive language. No backhanded compliments like..."I appreciate you did bring some girlfriend you just met last weekend to our family gathering." Good luck being a force for spreading the love this holiday season.

My business continues to be strong. I am concerned about the overall economy being in a bubble with the tax breaks being used to bolster earnings and being used for stock buy backs at many major corporations. The biggest concern I have for my business personally is about the stability of the health insurance markets as that is more of an indicator of people being able to access the help they need than the strength of the overall economy.
