We are a professional platform that will allow community organizations/businesses to connect with one another and provide quick and easy accessibility to one another's programs and services. This platform is designed to be a central location for professionals (i.e.) case managers, social workers, peer specialists, resource coordinators, etc. to: quickly locate resources to best service their clients/customers, easily connect with other professionals that may be helping the same individual(s), access referrals and applications to make the client engagement process seamless, and knowledge of other organizations and the programs that are in place to service their populations.

I have been working in the non-profit sector with the multitude of populations they serve for going on 14 years and it is a passion of mine. I was able to identify areas in this line of work that cause professionals' hardship, stress, burn out, and/or creates a barrier for them to do their jobs. "There has got to be a solution for this..." This platform is that solution.
