I know people that do it like a referral the assistant would get paid a percentage of the transaction that they worked on.. I alos believe that most of the assistances that I know are licenced realtors, but I don't know if that is a requirement or just what I have encounted. I hope this helps.
I would say yes, because many times a pool can be a hard sell, many buyers do not want the liability of a pool or the expense to maintain and insure. And by filling it in you would have more yard space which would be a better selling feature than a pool that needs work and not being used.

Have a business plan and work that plan and use good time management, because it's easy to get caught up in doing too many things and you loose site of your business and let things get out of hand.

I have been using a professional photographer for sometime now and I know that I notice a big increase in traffic to my listing from the internet as a results, but I have not used the 3D walkthrough so I'm afraid I can comment on that. Good luck
