Contact realtors!! Give realtors the idea of gift baskets to give to new homeowners to get them acquainted with local businesses and support services. Include dental care items and a brochure from you to add to the Welcome New Neighbor package/basket. Usually Welcome Wagon did this type of... (more) Contact realtors!! Include dental care items and a brochure from you to add to the Welcome New Neighbor package/basket. Usually Welcome Wagon did this type of thing, but I don't see them much any more. Realtors love to give closing gifts and offer lists of businesses and services for their clients to get them acclimated to the area. Also, join a BNI group to give and get referrals to build awareness

WHEN I use leads, I use ONLY those through my brokerage. When with HomeCity Real Estate they use OpCity to "scrub" the leads and the leads are Warm, pretty much ready to buy and/or sell. When with HomeCity Real Estate they use OpCity to "scrub" the leads and the leads are Warm, pretty much ready to buy and/or sell. At my current brokerage, the brokerage website is so ROBUST and we have so many seasoned agents who are great at listing properties that we tend to attract leads straight through the website. Not all leads are Warm, but most are people who are actively searching for properties and we can see their activity BEFORE we decide if we want to claim them as a potential buyer or seller. I never pay upfront for leads. I simply get plenty Leads through my brokerage. I do however use Facebook to market my listings and boost those posts to market areas with the profile of buyers for each of my listings. I have had success there. Otherwise, I would rather spend marketing dollars on my Farm, breakfasts with past clients and friends to network, special small gifts to let my Sphere know I am thinking of them, notecards to stay in touch.
