Look out for them, engage them, and get to know them and you will find yourself with some great friends and business contacts for all sorts of needs you may have. Make sure if they are not in your immediate area that you are not communicating with them too much though. A no will remain a no if you're reaching out too much (once a month might work at first, then less frequently).

When they don't listen to instructions to follow up. Either they don't at all or just schedule a meeting without me agreeing to it. Follow up, the way it's done, the manner in which it's done, is very important in my busy life.
