We offer seniors a choice of mortgage financing options. They can stop making a mortgage payment and obtain a line of credit (liquid cash) depending on the equity in the property. They can chose to received monthly payments if they are having trouble making ends meets from month to month. They also have a choice to do both, get cash at close and receiving monthly payments.
