Shara Parker brings her passion, experience, extensive knowledge of Austin real estate and business acumen to every transaction. There's little she enjoys more than analyzing properties for buyers and sellers and advising them through the decision making and negotiation processes. She has a special affinity for numbers and trends and loves rolling up her sleeves and looking at her clients' big picture and life goals. "We discuss wants and needs and preferences like type of house, part of town, schools etc., but we also discuss taxes, real estate as a wealth building tool, equity, trends and having a plan," Shara says. "Real estate is a big investment, and we want it to be a profitable investment."

She's an avid learner, knowledge seeker and teacher. She's constantly looking for educational opportunities to soak up important information that will give her clients the advantage and keep her at the leading edge of Austin real estate. "I've got a pretty varied and successful business background and I love using all my experience to help my clients achieve their goals," she says. "I really enjoy the analytical part of my job, but people are my passion. My clients are the reason I've chosen real estate as my vocation." Turning clients into friends is a happy byproduct of her work. She calls it job satisfaction.

Shara's 40 years in Austin add up to a huge depth of knowledge about the city and the unique and diverse neighborhoods within it. She specializes in Westlake Hills, Barton Hills, Lake Travis, Lake Austin and Circle C, but maintains a wide scope to fit her clients' needs. Shara and her husband Mark enjoy partaking in all things Austin, especially with their grandchildren.
