Sacred Space Trauma Recovery offers individual coaching to trauma survivors and mental health education services to survivors, those who work with survivors, and other community members who wish to learn more about trauma. I offer a safe place to be authentically yourself and share those aspects of your life for which you are seeking support. You are worthy of love, and you are enough. I do not see you as broken; I see you as someone who, like most of us, has suffered and sometimes cannot manage the impact of that suffering alone. I will meet you where you are and walk beside you to the place you want to be.
