Through a structured, results-oriented approach, I uncover self-limiting beliefs, and generate creative, expansive solutions to long-term obstacles. With accountability and intentional action as guiding constructs, my clients learn how to step into their innate power, able to live daily from their highest vision - cultivating love, joy, creativity, and authentic connection with self and others as they align with their deepest purpose - with courage, clarity, and intentionality, and amplify their impact across all areas of life.

After more than 25 years as an educator, researcher, and organizational consultant, I had built a fulfilling career - holding leadership roles, supporting teams to achieve high-impact, and guidig transformatioal change across institutions—and I loved it.

However, deep down, I found myself longing to work more intimately with individuals, drawn to help others uncover the old blocks keeping them from the lives and careers they were truly meant to lead. Help others understand the dynamics of burnout and stuckness, heal toxic patterns, and step into emotional freedom and authentic empowerment.

In 2023, during a quiet meditation, I heard it clearly: Your new business will be called The Important Work. The name struck a deep chord—it captured everything I felt most called to offer. And so, The Important Work was born!
