Often a business will receive a bad review and not know what to do but it happens all the time. Read the review and if it is applicable make any changes to resolve the issues. You can also reach out to the unhappy customer and try to make them happy. But we don't get along with everyone so your best bet is a good review system in place. Read the bad review, reach out to the unhappy customer and keep going with your review system. If you have a foundation of good reviews a few bad reviews won't damage your reputation.
