Ingredients 

Bromelain, Catalase, Superoxide Dismutase, Trypsin, Pancreatin, Amylase, Lipase, Alpha Chymotrypsin, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, cellulose and gelatin (capsule). 

Dosage 

One capsule two or three times daily, or more, taken between meals on an empty stomach. Caution: Enzymes should not be taken if stomach or duodenal ulcer condition exists.
