We rent space in a kitchen for $25/per hour.  I think that is a fair amount expecially for a business that is trying to leverage up from farmer's market and home cooking to wholesale and commercial manufacturing.  The kitchen has all the large appliances and many smaller items like the pots, pans, baking sheets and some implements.  We have the option of renting lockable storage cages and can store our own items including ingredients.  The landlord is fair and hold people to the rules of housekeeping.  You don't clean, you don't cook.
