We provide full medical management, customized supportive living services, home making, medication reminders, meal preparation, restorative exercises, transportation, errands and socialization.

We specialize in post-rehab and post-hospital stay, especially for those with movement disorders, Parkinson's, strokes and generalized muscle deconditioning.

Our services fall under 3 categories:
#1. CARE-GIVING: services are provided by home health aides, companions and life enhancement caregivers.

#2. Chronic Illness & Symptom Management: These services are designed to reduce frequent trips to the hospital and rehab facilities. The care programs are designed by nurses and a geriatric care specialists.

#3. CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE COORDINATION: These services are provided by geriatric care managers. The goal is to make long distance caregiving easier and more gratifying for the long distance or the very busy family caregiver.

With us, you will only pay for the care you need. There are NO minimum number of hours of care, you pick your caregiver and the payment plan that suits your unique situation.
