I am a licensed transaction coordinator in OR & WA. I feel that having someone to assist you, the realtor, makes your job less stressful and allows you to grow your book of business because you aren't messing with the paperwork.
How We Got Started
I have been in the industry since 2004 as an office admin and transaction coordinator. I did a short stint in escrow and decided that was not for me.
