About Us

Brody is a natural in the real estate business with a sociable personality and a love of the Tri-State Area! He is passionate about God, his family, technology, sports, and of course, his work at Century 21 Homes & Land.
He was born and raised in Ona, WV and has spent his whole life in the state. At Marshall University, he studied marketing with a concentration in online promotions, gaining valuable knowledge that now serves him well in his real estate ventures. His life experience has shaped his ability to serve in and relate exceptionally well to the Huntington housing market.
He knows how to listen to your needs and expectations and use your input to help you find your ideal home or sell your current one. Brody will successfully market your property for sale or facilitate your property search, and will negotiate firmly on your behalf.

Get a pre-approval so you don't fall in love with a house that you can't afford. It saves everyone involved a lot of time if you can start touring properties while already having a pre-approval letter from a reputable, local lender.  I have a list of my preferred lenders if you'd like to contact me. Every listing I take, whether it's commercial or residential, gets a 3D walkthrough.  It does save doing needless showings when people can see there is a feature or a floor plan that just doesn't work for them. Sellers appreciate this because it doesn't disrupt their lives as much.  Out of... (more) Every listing I take, whether it's commercial or residential, gets a 3D walkthrough.  It does save doing needless showings when people can see there is a feature or a floor plan that just doesn't work for them. Sellers appreciate this because it doesn't disrupt their lives as much.  Out of town buyers appreciate this because it can streamline their search process.  I have sold more than one home with the tours alone.  I'm happy that most agents in our market don't use them because that makes me stand out even more.
