About Us

I have a 3 prong approach to helping business owners. With a background of Accounting, 30+ years of Corporate experience and having a practice for 9 years as a Certified Psychotherapist, I work very holistically with my clients.

First we work on resistance and inner beliefs then we move into the mechanical aspects of building a business and increasing clients and profits.

I believe being successful in business requires 2 things:  1) you have to do the INNER work to build your confidence and align with who you really are so you can show up authentically and confidently and 2) work with someone to help you strategically establish the foundation of your business and teach you business building skills. If you are open and willing to do that and follow your passion you are destined for success. Building a business is not about throwing different ideas out and seeing what sticks. It starts with a passion and yearning to make a difference either through products or as a service provider. I would recommend getting quiet and checking in if this is what you truly want. It’s not easy but it is worth it. Being an introvert or extrovert has nothing to do with success 😜. Good luck!!

Your confidence and ability to lead the conversation is crucial to closing a sale. I think your audience would gain value from this conversation. Thoughts?
