This time of year always gives us time to recognize those who have made our year a success.  We send cards and calendars to all of our clients, and to businesses that we work with throughout the year.  For the second year I am offering a Fur Baby With Santa photo shoot with cash donation going... (more) This time of year always gives us time to recognize those who have made our year a success.  We send cards and calendars to all of our clients, and to businesses that we work with throughout the year.  For the second year I am offering a Fur Baby With Santa photo shoot with cash donation going to  a local pet rescue.  I have also volunteered to help with a community Christmas dinner.  Looking forward to spending some time with friends and family throughout the holiday season.

You need to get out to where the people are,  or bring them to you.  Do open houses, trade fairs, flea markets, farmers markets anywhere people collect and talk or chat. You want to get your name out there. Is surprising how many people like to talk about real estate once they know what you do. ... (more) You need to get out to where the people are,  or bring them to you.  Do open houses, trade fairs, flea markets, farmers markets anywhere people collect and talk or chat. You want to get your name out there. Is surprising how many people like to talk about real estate once they know what you do.  Does your company have a kiosk or booth set up in a mall environment? See what types of community events are taking place around you where you might be able to set up a table, just to make contacts use a draw for a gift basket or tickets to an event to make people stop and talk,  and leave you their information. Its a prime time to ask if they know anyone who is buying or selling real estate.
