We wanted to develop a place with heart to serve the community & provide excellent clinical care to those struggling with personal issues and to assist in creating wellness.

I simply enjoy meeting people. I like to know who is doing what & where. My goal is to collect all the resources I can to assist my clients in their growth. I do not have all the answers all the time and being able to partner with other people and organizations benefits everyone. I believe in the win / win. Nothing happens that’s positive when someone’s sole agenda is to see their product. I will take cooperation over competition every time.

After working with clients during the holidays for the past 30 years, the most important factors are to manage expectations (self/others) and manage time. Some of this requires boundaries which means saying yes to only those things that are truly important and saying no to other things. Above all keep the “reason for the season” in mind. It is a time to connect, reflect and celebrate. Stay away from over indulging and be intentional about offering others grace in their stress. Give the gift of your presence, breathe deeply, keep routines and maintain a spiritual center. It’s a season of time. Enjoy.
