About Us
We are a family owned and operated company. Combined we have many years of experience in building and remodeling. My husband, Steve's family owned a construction company when he was younger. He and his dad have built and remodeled houses Steve's entire life. Our partner and longtime friend Frank, and myself come from a banking background. Frank has been financing and working with builders for over 20 years. As a bank manager I am accustomed to project managing and enjoy it.
Pine River Fine Homes started in 2021, with my husband leaving the airline business and Frank and I leaving the banking business soon after. About mid year 2022 our daughter, Shelbi left Amazon to come and work with us. One big happy family.
