A lot depends on their personality, do you want to work with an aggressive agent, that gets right with you when you have questions or concerns and jumps into action. Or do you prefer a laid back Agent because that is your style also? Experience is a great measure, however every Agent has to start somewhere. I had a serious medical need at one point in my life and I felt so comfortable with the "fresh out of school" surgeon as mine was unique and I figured he had the latest and the best information to work with. Personally, now that I've done thousands of transactions, I am confident that experience has great value to a seller/buyer as every transaction is different.
