We serve clients 18 and over on an inpatient and outpatient basis that allows for a continuum of care. Our staff consists of professionals trained in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment- medical doctors, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists and social workers. We also provide transportation to and from our facilities. We offer FREE assessments at our Intensive Outpatient Programs- clients can also attend group sessions for a day and meet with our Psychiatrists or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for a medication management session. Each client enrolled in our Intensive Outpatient Program receives an Individualized Treatment Plan, and we follow up with clients 30, 60 and 90 days after they are discharged. We accept most private insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid.
