Hamilton Investment Properties Community Housing Development Organization ("HIPCO") is a Member based I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 group of income-producing property owners. We are housing providers that make loans to potential member housing providers expanding in the industry. HIPCO and its member-owners also provide service-enriched Housing for low-income elderly and people with disabilities. HIPCO manages the conversion of member investment properties to supportive housing. Up to 50% of units in housing complexes managed by HIPCO are intended as market-level units, with on-site retail outlets in mixed-
use commercial and residential communities.
