Love the article! Alignable has helped me reach people I would have probably never had “real conversations” with. I find people here really want to meet in person/via Skype whatever works for them to learn more about me and how I can help them! It’s a great forum!  (more) Love the article! (more) This is a great question, that has many different answers depending on your goal for the advertising. I’ll dive in a little bit but really need some time with you to learn more about you and your business.  Is your goal is brand awareness, staying in contact with current customers, gaining new customers or just promoting a particular event, product, grand opening etc?   If your goal is getting new or a customers then I back into a return on investment. If the goal is a combination of these I still use a ROI with other variables, engagement etc. Many will say this can’t be done but I’ve been doing this for 10 years; and I can assure you it can be done for almost every business.  As I mentioned before there are many ways this question can be answered depending on your goals. The above is a sneak peak into how I go about helping owners and their businesses.  I’d like to offer you a free consultation and online business analysis, learn more about you and your business and then make some suggestions. Please send me a direct message if you would like to schedule and time/day for us to visit!

you hire people smarter than you that you trust and let them do what you hired them to do! The numbers don’t lie, it they aren’t producing you find someone else who will! Incentivize then, Trust them, treat them well, the great ones will do the rest! (more) you hire people smarter than you that you trust and let them do what you hired them to do! First decide what it is you would like to get from social media what is your goal? What is the result you are looking for once you get the message out? Volunteers, donations? If they are saying no to budget I haven't done a good job or explaining the value and what their targeted ROI should be. .As long as the customer truly understands this is an investment in their business and that this is a partnership. If my research shows we can bring the calls we have to have to have an understanding that they can convert those calls. I wish I could bring the call, answer the call and convert them but that is not what is going to happen. We track, monitor and record every call and provide that information to the client. The client has to truly partner with us, engage with our recommendations and give us feedback to reach that ROI and see the full benefit of the program.
