Dr. Waters opened his private practice in 2007 in Baxter, MN. Since then we have added providers, practice locations, and outreach locations. We currently have four providers (Dr. Waters, Dr. Manger, Dr. Schneider, and Katie Starns, NP) along with a nurse injector. We have two locations (Baxter and St. Paul). We outreach at Tri-County Health in Wadena, Welia Health in Mora, Cuyuna Regional in Crosby, and Mille Lacs Health in Onamia.
