By being an independent broker of real estate and not associated with a franchise presents a false preconception that we can not compete as well in listing a property. This is not true. Once a property is listed and entered into the MLS system. This property is available to any agent to sell who belongs to the MS Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and has access to their MLS system regardless of what agency the agent is associated with. As long as the property is priced right in association with its condition and location it should sell in a fair amount of time pending on the agents involved.
