Founded by Melissa C. Lewis in 2012, the firm is dedicated to helping clients navigate legal challenges and lead productive lives.
After working as an associate attorney for law firm, Melissa was offered a corporate counsel position. During this position and with her employer's approval, she was being contacted by former and new clients for legal services so she established the M C Lewis Law Office, PC to continue to serve and address the legal issues for the community around her hometown. After obtaining 6 years of corporate counsel experience, Melissa was able to switch and completely dedicate her time to working out of her law firm and conduct more family law mediations and work with children and families, which is her passion.
