I help people change their health story - I have many tools in my toolbox that provide support for all ages prenatal-100+!! Our DNA is not our destiny; it's like a light switch. We have more control over how our story unfolds than most people know. I have a special place in my heart for young families. Being sick & tired & stressed out is common, however, it is not normal!!! I love making a difference - the best day ever is when a new customer says "Thank You." Help me make a real difference in the health & wellness of those you care about. How We Got Started

After my family experienced better health by making a few changes - I found myself sharing my experience with everyone I knew! I am grateful everyday that my elementary school friend shared a better way with me 17 years ago! Since then, I've helped countless families with their health! Afterall, if we don't take care of our bodies, where are we going to live?

Yes, everyone has oxidative stress, it's part of being human, aging & exercise.  But does everyone suffer from it? No, not everyone - but sadly, in my opinion, a very high percentage of Americans do!  And like you said, most people don't even know it. They accept what is common as normal.... No, not everyone - but sadly, in my opinion, a very high percentage of Americans do!  And like you said, most people don't even know it. They accept what is common as normal. Athletes who eat whatever they want because they think it's ok because they work out are particularly susceptible.  And those who consume the SAD diet (Standard American Diet) for sure.

Lots of great advice already given. Having a partner/friend/coach makes a huge difference-a supportive environment around you. There are many opinions & ways to loose weight- I personally don't like the high fat low carb "diets." While people do loose weight- it's not a healthy weight loss. ... There are many opinions & ways to loose weight- I personally don't like the high fat low carb "diets." While people do loose weight- it's not a healthy weight loss. I don't like die-ts at all. It about filling up the body with a variety of nutrients dense whole foods, balancing with sleep, detox, stress-reduction (yoga and/Or mediation), at least 1/2 your body weight with clean filtered Water, (Not bottled- it's toxic!)allowing your digestive system time to rest by not eating 3-4 hours before and exercise- what's the best exercise? The one you will do. variety is best. Get in tough with your mindset- what are the thoughts running through all day? You might be very surprised. There's a great book i recommend called you are a Badass. read it
