Lakefront Nursing is a nurse owned medical staffing agency located in Northeast Ohio. We currently service facilities in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. We supplement our clients staffing needs for RN's, LPN's, QMA’s and STNA’s on a 24 hour bases by providing Per Diem and contracted staff through a customized staffing package.
Lakefront Nursing was started based on a two fold need. The healthcare industry has been suffering for a long time working short staffed and leaving HCP’s feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and stuck. Lakefront was created to offer work flexibility to those who need work but can’t commit to a full time permanent schedule because of home/family needs or personal and school reasons. We were never created to be our employees permanent/career employer but to assist them with employment options during current lifestyle circumstances.
