Many employees have EAP benefits through their EAP programs and are referred to to me for a variety of services that I provide to them. These include stress management, health and wellness coaching, career coaching, and life coaching for major life transitions.
I am a wholistic psychologist and maintain a psychological/clinical practice in my Beachwood and Mentor offices, that spans the range of treatment for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, recovery from childhood trauma and PTSD, women's issues and personal development, and couple's therapy. I am a Gestalt therapist, teach and train coaches and therapists in this modality. I utilize other wholistic modalities in my work such as Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Energy healing and embodied energy healing practices.
