Vissor Commercial Capital was started to connect every business to the best finance and growth opportunities available. We do this through comprehensive in-house underwriting, consulting, and Financing. Since that time Vissor has added direct lending to our programs for select products.

What sets us apart in our industry is that we offer our expertise as both a wholesale lender and brokerage. Most lenders review a file and give a 'yes or no' and most brokers don't know the in's & out's of underwriting so they are only sending information to a few sources to see if there is a 'yes or no'. At Vissor we do a partial underwrite of each file in-house to see if the file fits our direct programs or another program we have at our partners. We evaluate and communicate with our clients through the entire process so they understand what is happening and why, and not only saying a 'yes or no'. If there is not a fit with one of our direct programs well find the best match(s) in our nationwide network of capital providers according to the results of our preliminary underwriting. If needed, we offer our client a free consulting cession on their company health and how it relates to their bottom line and how lenders look at it so they can put their best foot forward in preparation of financing requests at that particular time and in the future.
