About Ribeyes Steakhouse...

We are excited to offer you a new dining experience in our Steamed Seafood Bar. Featuring local shellfish, we are happy to steam and shuck oysters for you, load you up with shrimp, and entice you with our Down East Steamer Pot (a heaping helping of Clams, Shrimp, Oysters, sausage, corn on the cob, roasted potatoes and carrots). We also have a delicious Down East clam chowder and clusters of snow crab legs available. Someone in your group doesn't feel like seafood tonight? They can still enjoy our regular entrees with you in the steam bar!

As always, we cook tender and succulent rib eye steaks. Each steak is served with an endless salad bar, choice of sweet or regular baked potato, and texas toast. We also serve our tasty Simply Grilled menu, consisting of your choices of grilled boneless chicken breast, grilled shrimp, grilled pork chop, and grilled salmon or tuna. Simply Grilled entrees are served with your choice of potato or steamed veggies and texas toast. Our fresh made endless salad bar may be added to Simply Grilled items for a small charge.

Your Experience:
At Ribeyes Steakhouse, we keep it simple. The wait staff comes to the table to take your drink order and the cook comes to take your food order. The cook explains the menu to you and answers any questions you may have. This method of service ensures that the cook prepares your food exactly like you want it. The wait staff will check back with you to see if you would like any condiments or sauces and to refill your drinks. Entrees are put on the grill only after you give the cook your order. If anyone in your party is having our endless salad bar, your order is placed on the grill when you get to the salad bar so that your entrees arrive shortly after you finish your salad. Orders are promptly placed on the grill if no one in your party gets a salad.

Your Steak:
At Ribeyes, we use a very high quality rib eye cut of beef. All of our beef is packed by Omaha Steaks in Omaha, Nebraska. The beef is USDA choice or better and comes from only mid-western grain fed beef. More specifically, the rib eye is hand-cut from a loin when the customer's order is placed. All our rib eye steaks are cut from Angus cattle, which are bred for their superior marbling and texture. All of our beef is aged 21 days for tenderness and flavor and is shipped fresh, never frozen. Only lightweight cattle are used to ensure a thicker cut of steaks. Finally, the lip portion, along with any excess fat,is trimmed from our cuts. All of this attention to detail makes for a superb quality cut of beef.

Your Salad Bar:
Our endless salad bar is made fresh every day. We break iceberg lettuce by hand and mix it with fresh cut romaine. Our guest have at least 28 additional salad bar items from which to choose. We use only premium quality Ken's Steak House salad dressings. Our choices are: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Greek with Feta Cheese, Thousand Island, French, Fat Free Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette and Fat Free Italian.
