About Us

I partner with executives, HR leaders, and leadership teams to help them lead with greater clarity, confidence, and accountability. My approach is grounded in authentic conversation and practical development that creates real change.

With more than 20 years of experience across Human Resources, higher education, and learning methodologies, I help clients strengthen communication, executive presence, delegation, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations. I also offer reflective learning for leadership teams and Supervision hours for coaches looking for ongoing professional growth.

I’ve supported leaders in a variety of industries including healthcare, petrochemical, aeronautical, government, and manufacturing.

As an educator and learning professional, helping others has always been something I enjoy. My human resource background provided the basis for my shift to coaching and working with leadership teams.

My peers and I are meeting regularly (Zoom) and sharing ideas, updating each other on life and laughing.
