This has recently become an issue for me.  I've got a couple 1 star reviews from non clients.  Google is no help.  I guess I can be more aggressive in asking for reviews, but feel that is somewhat manipulating the process.

Not coincidentally it seems these sea gull reviews are coming as my business improves in online visibility.
