In the food and service industry, I've noticed a trend here in Portland and Beaverton where some restaurants have one person run the entire front of the restaurant (take the order, bus tables, waiter/waitress, bartender and take payment). Some restaurants rely on QR codes now instead of wait staff. Times are changing.
