Hoosier AI Automations started from a very personal place. After being diagnosed with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder), my daily energy became incredibly limited. I had to give up my 5 years in nursing and had to learn how to work smarter, not harder (I have 3 sons). I taught myself how to code and build custom automations just to manage daily tasks without burning out. As I built these systems to survive, I realized local business owners were experiencing that same exact 'burnout'—just from running their companies. They were losing hours to clunky software, missed calls, and manual data entry. I realized the exact same tech that gave me my time and energy back could do the same for local contractors, clinics, and mom-and-pop shops.
